Sharon can be contracted to deliver an inspiring keynote address at your next corporate event or meeting, and  can tailor an approach that is right for any size group.

Interactive, hands-on workshops are designed for participants to create a personal plan for achieving and maintaining a healthy, balanced life. Through both group and individual work , participants will discover reasons why the balance tips, understand what obstacles need to be overcome to achieve balance, learn strategies for overcoming these obstacles, and create a personal plan for creating a balanced life.  Current research, group polling, multi-media, and personal reflection make workshops fun and inspiring!  Topics include values identification,  problem solving, network development, defining boundaries, setting expectations, and self reflection.
Workshop duration can be adapted to accommodate most time-frames.
Participants are provided with a workbook which they utilize for future reference.

Providing unique insight                              for greater perspective                      on achieving balance in your life.
Engaging and thought provoking;   the  layers are peeled back, "aha" moments are realized, and actionable steps become the foundation upon which audiences can live a more balanced life.

As a working professional and mother of three grown children, Sharon has been juggling career, parenting, family, and a busy schedule for over 25 years.  When her youngest was approaching college, she recognized that personal time would become an ally and began to make intentional choices about how her time would be spent.
Sharon's passion for self-discovery and exploration has provided her with a deeper understanding of what balance is, what it looks like, and most importantly, what it "feels" like.
While continuing the career she enjoys as the Campus Operating Officer for Berkeley College's Online Campus, Sharon has created a "new" balance which provides greater fulfillment in all areas of her life.
Through keynotes, workshops, and trainings, she guides participants on their own personal journeys to  achieving a more balanced, centered life.
Sharon earned a B.A. in Psychology at Dickinson College and an M.S. in Management from The College of Saint Elizabeth.  In addition, she has earned her Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) certification.
Sharon resides with her family in Montville, New Jersey.
