Balance is a feeling which each of us has the ability to create, regardless of external demands. When we "feel balance", we are able to address multiple facets of our lives in a healthy, positive, stress-free manner and are able to create guilt-free time we desire for the things we value most.
"Feeling of Balance" is a unique program, delivered via workshop or keynote, where participants create a personalized plan for an improved work/life balance. We've all been told "how" to do this, and we "know" what we should do. This workshop is unique in that it focuses on "why" we haven't been able to get there and then guides participants through a series of fun, interactive, and engaging exercises and discussions designed to create "aha" moments that yield actionable results!
This topic is beneficial for groups, organizations, and individuals - at all levels - who valiantly attempt to achieve balance between work, family, and other outside interests and demands, but simply lack the tools and insights to truly achieve the balance they seek.
